I am a professionally trained chef providing in-home services such as meal preparation for busy families and working professionals, as well as dinner parties. I regularly consult with a licensed nutritionist to create healthy and balanced meals, and I can also accommodate special diets (e.g. Diabetic-friendly, Food Allergies, Weight Loss, etc). I'm inspired by Asian, Latin, and Mediterranean flavors, and the ever changing seasonality of local produce.

Braised Lamb Shoulder- minted cucumber yogurt, sautéed spinach, quinoa salad

Braised Pork – citrus honey, sautéed kale, caramelized onions, whipped sweet potatoes

Whole Branzino- tomato-caper relish, braised greens, white wine, lemon aioli

Jumbo Shrimp- lemon-garlic butter, chili, herbed couscous, arugula salad

Seared Sock-Eye Salmon – balsamic reduction, kale, pine nuts, quinoa

Maryland Crab Cake – jumbo lump crab, lemon-chive aioli, mixed green salad, roasted baby potatoes

Seared Duck Breast – cherry gastrique, sautéed snow peas, Tallegio polenta

Skirt Steak- maitake mushroom-scallion relish, whipped truffle potatoes, haricot verts

Beef Roast – local Beef, mushroom gravy, sautéed green beans, roasted baby potatoes

BBQ Brisket – grass fed beef, chipotle BBQ sauce, southern-style greens, brioche roll
